2008 Inductee

GABY SANCHEZ    - played with the Florida Bombers in 2001,2002 inducted into the Florida Bombers Hall of Fame in 2008. Gaby is a First Team All Bomber, and is the All Time Leader in Career Homeruns with (19) and RBI'S with (87) . Gaby was a Member of the 2002 WWBA National Championship Team, as well as the USA Sports Rankings National Champions. In 2002 Gaby led the Florida Bombers to 50 consecutive Wins a National Record.Gaby was the Florida Bombers M.V.P. and Best Offensive Player in 2001, he was also named Best Offensive Player in 2002. Gaby becomes the first player ever inducted into the Florida Bombers Hall of Fame.Gaby played his college Baseball at the University of Miami. Gaby currently is playing in the Major Leagues with the Florida Marlins.

2009 Inductees

Camilo Vazquez     -  played with the Florida Bombers in 2000,2001,2002 inducted into the Florida Bombers Hall of Fame in 2009. Camilo is a First Team All Bomber and is the only 2 Time M.V.P. in Bombers history.Vazquez had the most complete individual season in Bombers history as a Two Way player in 2002. Vazquez led the Bombers to a National record 50 consecutive wins, as well as putting up monster numbers as both a hitter and pitcher. Vazquez finished 2002 with a batting average of .429 6 HR 38 RBI'S and was 7-0 on the mound with an ERA of 0.32 and 35 K's. Camilo is 2nd All Time in Florida Bombers history with a career .433 Batting Average, Vazquez also places in 6th place on the All Time Record books in RBI'S with 67. His 0.32 ERA in 2002 puts him 3rd All Time on the ERA Leaders board and his 7 Wins ranks him 4th All Time single season. Vazquez was a 4th Round pick of the Cincinnati Reds in 2002.Vazquez was a member of the 2002 WWBA National Championship Team as well as the 2000 USABF National Championship team.

2009 Hall of Fame Selections

                      The Florida Bombers Organization is proud to announce the selection of 3 former Bombers to the Florida Bombers Hall of Fame. In 2008 the Florida Bombers inducted Gaby Sanchez as its first ever member of the Florida Bombers Hall of Fame.To be elected to the Hall of Fame a player must be 4 years removed from the organization as a player. Only players that played in 2005 or prior were elgible for selection in 2009.

The following players have been selected to the Florida Bombers Hall of Fame , where they will be inducted during Florida Bombers Alumni weekend in January.
