The Cedarcrest Girls Basketball Camp was a Huge Success!

The Girls Basketball Summer Camp this year was a blast!  The camp started out the day with the 2nd to 5th graders.  They has so much fun playing games like knock out, bump, and "catch the coach"!  They also worked on their basketball skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting with the help of the coaches and CHS players.  At the end of the day, they finished with a good old fashioned scrimmage.  Our younger campers learned a lot and had a great time doing it.

The 6th to 9th grade camp started in the afternoon.  These campers worked hard for two hours each day improving their basketball skills.  They participated in high school level drills and showed off their skills in competitive games and scrimmages.  At the end of the camp, each participant received a Lady Red Wolves Basketball shirt and basketball for the coaches and CHS players to sign.  We all hope that you guys had a great time and we look forward to seeing you next year!

Special thanks to all the 2014-2015 CHS Girls Basketball players that turned out to help Brad tame and focus all that raw talent!

Great Tournament Performance by our CHS Youngsters

Our Lady Red Wolves played in the Cedar Park Christian Summer Tournament yesterday and today and did very well! We started the tournament with a 10 point win over Entiat but faltered a little against Columbia Christian and lost by 5. An early game this morning had us 5 points behind at the end against Friday Harbor, but we rallied and played our BEST game of the summer with a big win over Cedar Park Christian 29-13. I think every player scored and played awesome defense! So, we finished 2-2 and tied for 3rd place. A very good weekend of basketball for us!
