ZOO CREW BASKETBALL PROGRAM

Dear Parent or Guardian,


     My name is Shawn McCray and i'm the Program Coordinator/Coach of the Zoo Crew
Basketball Program. Our program started in 1996 and we have sent numerous youth to College, to
further their education and basketball careers. We cater to youth 6 thru 13, male/female.

Our program runs from October 2009 thru August 2010. We will hold practice 1-2x a week.
Your child will be instructed on how to play basketball the correct way. If needed they will receive 
individual attention by our trained staff. Our staff includes Malik Jones, David Hammonds, Tyrone
Pullins, Tyrese Carter and myself.

In order to maintain the program there will be a fee of $150.00 which includes a basketball
uniform. The fee will be due at registration or by the first practice. We understand all financial 
situations are different, a ayment arrangement can be made if needed. Please note your child 
will not receive a uniform until the full balance is paid.

Our program has been in existence for the past 13 years. Our kid's have traveled to Virginia, 
Rhode Island, Minnesota, Ohio, West Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington DC
Connecticut and various parts of New Jersey to compete in league's and tournaments. We
currently have 32 former player's attending college and 15 college graduates.
