Hello eteamz fans,

What's in the heart of a true team sports athlete? Strong will...dedication...passion... an endless need to win and compete. All of the above? Yes and no. You know what's missing? A sense of team. Teamwork is key. I don't think we can ever be reminded enough. Be accountable to your teammates and work together to do the absolute best as a team. They rely on you as you rely on them to never give up. When you're all in synch, what a powerful offense and defense you can create.

On that note, I want to say what a game between Indianapolis and Tampa Monday night (October 6). That went down in history...I even gave up on the Colts (I'm a true Colts fan too). You just never know. As long as there's a will (and time on the clock) there's a way. If you didn't catch the game, try and check out the 4th quarter online at ESPN or ABC.

Please review the news below and submit your site for the Spooktacular Site Contest. Deadline is October 27.

How refreshing. Nothing like a bucket of ice being dumped on your back. We had another photo in mind, but this came in late and we couldn't resist. The facial expressions of the coach (oh, the cold pain!) and the player (not on my shiny new medal!) just in front of him are priceless.

Have a very fun and safe October and Halloween!

    Until next time...
