Welcome to the Piranhas Swim Team website!

Our team consists of sixty talented swimmers of ages six to eighteen years old. We have four practice age groups:

Senior Group: • This group is geared for extremely dedicated and committed swimmers who want to improve their swimming at the high school level. Swimmer must have a strong work ethic developed. Competition is required each month at this level.

Junior II: • Can swim sets efficiently. Dedicated, enthusiastic, and willing to prepare to swim fast. Developing work ethic and setting a good example to team members. Ready to commit more to swimming a development of strokes. Competition is required one time a month.

Junior I: • First steps into competitive swimming. Ready to develop speed and endurance. Mature enough to understand a “set”. Opportunity to participate in meets.

Rookies: • Should be comfortable swimming 25 yards freestyle, backstroke and tread water for 1 minute. Emphasis is on stroke technique of the four basic strokes, as well as starts and turns. No competitive experience required or expected. Emphasizes fun and team spirit.
