Our team has four practice groups in order to serve all ages and abilities:

Rookie: Tuesday/Friday 5:00-6:00

Junior I: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 5:00-6:00

Junior II: Monday/Tuesday 6:00-7:30 Wednesday/Friday 6:00-7:00

Senior: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 3:15-5:00  


Rookies: • Should be comfortable swimming 25 yards freestyle, backstroke and tread water for 1 minute. Emphasis is on stroke technique of the four basic strokes, as well as starts and turns. No competitive experience required or expected. Emphasizes fun and stroke development.

Junior I: • First steps into competitive swimming. Ready to develop stroke refinement and endurance in all four strokes.  Introduction to following sets based on intervals. Opportunity to participate in meets.

Junior II: • Ability to swim sets efficiently.  Willing to put in hard work to accomplish goals of swimming faster. Developing work ethic and setting a good example for team members.  Competition is required one time a month.

Senior Group: This group is for the highest level athletes committed to improving their swimming at the high school level and open up the possibility to college swimming. Swimmer must have a strong work ethic developed. Competition is required each month at this level.
