Travel Coaches in all age groups from 8u to 18u are being sought for the upcoming fall 2008 and spring and summer 2009 Coral Springs Panthers Travel program. Anyone who is interested in coaching a team should submit a letter of intention with a resume of you past coaching/playing experience. All coaches will have to exhibit the ability to run an organized practice and the skills necessary to teach the players the fundamental and advanced skills required to coach at the advanced level of travel fast pitch softball. The format for the selection of teams and the selection of the coaches to coach those teams will be posted shortly. The deadline for submitting a letter of intent and resume will be no later then 12:00 PM, Thursday July 31. Interviews for coaches will be at the discretion of the YSACS Travel Committee and or the YSACS Board of Directors. Congratulations to the 8U 'Lil Panthers'. They came in second in the ISA 8U State Tournament, losing in the Championship game in a heart breaker 8-7 in extra innings. The players, parents and coaches should be very proud of the progress the team has made this season, and the best of luck in any upcoming tournaments. Players keep up the great work.
