Welcome to York Little League Online!
The purpose of Little League is to assist youth in developing qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being, with proper guidance and exemplary leadership. York Little League is proud to offer Challenger Division Baseball to the physically and mentally challenged children of York County. York Little League uses the school colors of Central York and York Suburban School Districts (Black and Orange) in recognition of their support to the League.

All children between the ages of 5 and 15 in Central York and York Suburban School Districts are invited to participate.
The ONLY baseball experience in these school districts that gives you a chance to play in
The Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA!

Cost*: $65 for T-ball
$105 for baseball and softball;
· $90 for second child; $70 for third child; Any additional child FREE!
· Family maximum of $265;
A copy of a birth certificate is required for all new players.
Our Baseball Complex is located at 631 N. Hills Rd. (at the back end of Aesys Technologies LLC parking lot).
Ages are as of 4/30/12 for baseball and 12/31/11 for softball.
Baseball Softball
T-Ball - Ages 5, 6, 7 Minors- Ages 7-10**
Minor AA – Age 7, 8 Majors- Ages 10-12
Minors AAA - Ages 9-11
Majors - Ages 10-12
Juniors - Ages 13-15 (NOTE: 15 year olds are ineligible to pitch and are ineligible for All-Star selection)
Challenger - Physically and mentally challenged children ages 5-18.
· Regular season play is mid-April through mid-June; practices will begin mid-March (weather permitting).
· Players selected as *All-Stars* will start tournament play for baseball from the end of June through the end of July.
· **10 Year old Softball Player division will be determined based on draft.
· The Major Division of Softball will be participating in tournament play at the conclusion of the regular season.

*Note – York Little League wants all children with a desire to play the great game of baseball or softball to have that opportunity. If any family cannot afford the registration fee in part or whole, please contact the YLL Board in writing, to request a review of your case. All requests reviewed by the board will be strictly confidential.
