Buckeye Youth Basketball Information

Registration nights will be October 26th, 27th, 28th at the Buckeye Elementary Gym.

Practice and Games will be at theBuckeye Elementary Gym.

Practice begins:

Monday, November 9th for the boys

Grade 3rd and 4th will practice 6:00pm-7:30 pm

Grade 5th and 6th will practice 7:30-9:00 pm

The boys will have practice on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Games will start in January and will be played primarily on Friday nights. Some games will be held on Wednesday nights to allow for plenty of games for all teams

A calendar will be handed out to the coaches with all the dates and times of practices and games once we get started.  Game schedules will be available for all players.

Players will need basketball shoes carried in. They will not be permitted to use street shoes. If they are going to use their gym shoes, they must bring them home. Children will not be allowed to go to their school lockers during youth basketball.

Players must stay in the gym at all times, except for water and restroom breaks. They must promptly return to the gym. Siblings of players must stay with their parents. No one is to be wandering around the school.

Parents are welcome to stay and watch, however we can not sit on the bleachers when they are closed. You may sit on the stage. With all of the teams practicing on the same night it is important that we try to stay out of their way.
