Some notes on navigating the website...
1. My Site News will have current information about what is happening in our program, and with the school teams.
2. The Links contains website links to sites that you might like to visit. Coaches, there is a good link here to a site that has a lot of drills, and explanations if you are looking for ideas on how to achieve a particular skill. The tips link at the bottom of the page also contains a lot of good information for coaches.
3. The Handouts section has a registration form.
