Normal Major League Baseball Rules.
Exceptions:
Runners advance only as far as batter goes.
Runners must be forced home (runner on htird, not scored by a double)
No hit by pitch, counts as ball
Batter may either accept wlak, or decline and recive new count
2 outs in an inning
Outfield cannot start behind fence, but can retreat after contact
Consecutive doubles allows bases to be cleared. or triple followed by any form of hit.
Tie goes to the fielder
Pitchers hand, tag by outfield, or touching a base with a force results in out
Picther may patten a unique pitch, determiend by the comitee, and it may not be used by any one else.
When pitcher recivees the ball, the play is dead and runner must retreat back to preivous base
Runner may tag up after catch, but once left must reach next base before the pitcher has the ball and is standing on the base previously occupied, or is out.
Homer run must go 2 cone lenghts hieght over the cone, and have consideredable distance if flight of the ball is altered (judgemnet call)
Judgement calls will be scored preferably by alternating teams every call deemed a judgement call
Third party umpires may be used, if unanamous by both teams
Ball dropped behind fence is homer
ANYTHING mmay be caught, until mometum has stopped or has touche dthe gronund
Ball must be thrown at cnsidereable speed deemed by both teams
1 pitch per batter may be thrown at any speed
Strike zone is anything that hits the strike zone region of the pitch back, no exceptions
Ball may be hit in the air off bounce from pitch back
bunt may be laid down with 1 hand only
Routine Ground Ball Rule- a routine ground ball, if fielded cleanly and promptly will result inan out, no matter the location of the base runner. routine ground ball rule is not subject to being scored as a judgement call
Rule Change- you may wlak with bases loaded
Stolen Base Rule- at any 3 times per game, the batting team may designate a runner to steal 1 open base (no double steals) to create a convient hitting situation (consecutive doubles, tripple/single, etc) the base will be stolen automatically unless pitcher counters with 1 fast pitch per batter. if it is a strike, the runner is out resultng in a double play, if there is 1 out, the fast pitch carries over into the next inning and the pitcher may use it whenever. if it is put in play for a hit, the bases are cleared regardless.
If a player from one team must pick up a player from another team for regular league games, the player whose team the game counts for must pitch and must bat 2 times for every one of the other player. Then in the next game, the 2 players must swtch their roles.
