Stolen Base Rule- at any 3 times per game, the batting team may designate a runner to steal 1 open base (no double steals) to create a convient hitting situation (consecutive doubles, tripple/single, etc) the base will be stolen automatically unless pitcher counters with 1 fast pitch per batter. if it is a strike, the runner is out resultng in a double play, if there is 1 out, the fast pitch carries over into the next inning and the pitcher may use it whenever. if it is put in play for a hit, the bases are cleared regardless.

If a player from one team must pick up a player from another team for regular league games, the player whose team the game counts for must pitch and must bat 2 times for every one of the other player. Then in the next game, the 2 players must swtch their roles.
