CALCIUM AND OUR TEENAGED DAUGHTERS
Everyone knows how important it is to have a diet rich in calcium, right? I think it is probably a safe bet that most if not all of us have heard it mentioned a time or two in our lives. One thing that we may not all be aware of at this time is this; while our daughters are in their teenage years, it is more important than ever! What does that mean to us? It means that during our daughters teenage years they will reach their maximum bone density. So right now it is extremely important that we see to it that they are getting a sufficient intake of calcium in their diet to protect them now as well as later in their life. Please take a moment to read the attached handout that gives more details on the subject.

Buy Xplosion Apparel Here!
I have just created our Xplosion Team Store at Prep Sportswear! It has hundreds of products to choose from and the ability to personalize each product with your name, player number and year! You pay for your order through the website when you place it! Its just one of the options you have for team apparel. If you choose this option, 10% of your purchase will go into a scholarship fund for Xplosion players!
For those who would like to go directly to Garretsons and order your own items to be embroidered with our logo and personalized to your own liking you are welcome to do so! You may also take your own items in to have them embroidered and/or personalized. Our contact in Garretsons is Brant. Be sure to ask for him so that you receive the team discount. When you choose this option, you are responsible for payment upon placing the order--which could include a setup fee for an individual order!
Another option is the apparel order that we will place on November 13th to be delivered just in time for Christmas. Ordering this way saves you sales tax! Orders must be placed through your team manager BY NOVEMBER 10th, who will then turn in the order to the uniform coordinator, and will not be placed unless payment accompanies the order--sorry absolutely no exceptions! Sweatpants may also be ordered in purple for an additional $10. (see handout for complete list of items!)
