X-PLOSION PhilosophyThe basis of the X-PLOSION philosophy is to utilize the team sport of fastpitch softball to develop our young athletes physically, emotionally and spiritually. The X-PLOSION players, coaches, and parents work very hard as a team to achieve common goals. The X-PLOSION philosophy is based on three fundamental principles: 1) maintain discipline, 2) display pride, and 3) establish tradition. The X-PLOSION has three objectives for the 2004 Spring softball season: 1) to have fun, 2) to learn and continue improving our softball skills, and 3) to demonstrate sportsmanship at all times, both on and off the field. If the X-PLOSION strives to achieve these three objectives, it's guaranteed that winning ball games will follow!
Good luck ladies, have a great time this season! Remember, if you're not having FUN, you're missing the POINT!!!
