2006 Season practice set to begin Monday March 6,2006
It's soccer season again, time to get ready to play. The Lady Saprtans are ready to get started. With the retirement of Coach Lacy the school board has named Mike Davitt as head coach and Tom McCormick as the new assistant coach.
Coach Davitt comes to WVW from a successful career at Kings College coaching the men's team there. Coach Davitt also severed as the head coach of the woman soccer team at LCCC.
Coach McCormick was also a coach at LCCC on the men's side. He was the first men's coach at LCCC and had 2 successful years there. He has been involved in soccer for many years coaching at the club and intramural level.
Practice will begin Monday March 6,2006 at 3:30 PM at the Forty Fort Soccer complex, the home field for the Spartans.
