West Allis Wolverines Game
Another outstanding performance on both sides of the ball this weekend. I think that it was by far the hardest hitting game we had. The Defense performed above and beyond this week and the Pick 6 by a Defensive Lineman was a highlight.
Multiple players had outstanding games on Saturday Night. It sure was nice to see the whole team effort in the face of all the injuries and illness this last week.
One of the biggest accomplishments was the lack of penalties on our part. We only had one penalty and that was at the end of the game. Much improved over last week.

Brookfield East Game
Finally! Overall the team performed pretty good. After a tough week of losing several starters to injuries and illness the team came out and gave a great effort. Didn't look good on the first play, but the team answered right back. (Thank you for the X-Tra Points!!!) It was very nice to see the Offense respond and put points on the board. With the exception of the first play the Defense did what was asked of them. Made them work to get down the field.
This week we will work on more of the same. We had some let downs in a couple of area that we will address this week and go after them on Saturday Night. We need to address the penalties and put more emphasis on the first hit.
We as a team appreciate your support.

New Berlin West Game
What a heartbreak. Take nothing away from New Berlin West, that is great team with some great Coaches. I thought that we should have competed much better in that game. Unfortunately for us, We just plain and simply got outplayed.
Injuries have become a Big Concern over the past week. We will spend a considerable amount of time this week working on getting the mind and body prepared for the rigors of Football. We will also be working to get healthy and ready to go against a tough West Allis Team this Saturday.
The Coaches met this Sunday and took an in depth look at the game and individual play. Although the Scoreboard may not show it, there were plenty of opportunities that we didn't take advantage of. There was also some outstanding individual effort. There are always plenty of areas for Improvement both on the players and coaches part. We will address them again this coming week.
This was not the start to the season that we had envisioned going into it, but we are not giving up. We have a lot of games yet to be played and we have a point to prove. This team is much better than the record indicates and expect to show that. We will now put New Berlin West behind us and move forward preparing for West Allis.

Greendale Game
Overall the performance from the team was fantastic. We did a lot of things very well and should be proud of the overall team effort. Although the score may be disappointing, the effort and the play was far from it. We went into the game with a game plan and felt like we were right there all the way.
I don't know what everyone else thought, but the 4th Quarter was one of the most intense Quarters of Football I have been involved in. What a ride that was.
We will quickly put that game to rest and focus on this week and New Berlin West. We will take away the many positives and strive to become a better team each and every week. We will work on areas that need improvement and focus on the gameplan for the week.
Every week each and every Player and Coach will have things that they did great and things that need improvement. We will focus on both areas as we proceed from week to week, practice to practice and game to game.
We are ONE Team, We will do it Together as a TEAM!!!!

Parents & Player Information
As we close in to the beginning of the Regular Season a few reminders to Parents and Players.
- Players need to be sure that their uniform is complete and ready to go by Wednesday prior to the game. This gives us time to get any replacement items needed. DON'T Wait until Saturday Morning.
- Do Not Loan out your Jersey to be worn except to Family Members. If it doesn't come back, you can't play!!!! Your Number is on file with the AAYFL and Requires mulitple Approvals to Change to a New Number.
- Any and All Injuries need to be reported to the Coaching Staff Immediately. Some are minor and need monitoring, some will need further attention by a physician. It is important that we know of any issues ASAP.
- Our Games are early on Saturday Mornings. Get Lots of Rest and drink lots of Liquids to be prepared for the Game.
- Players and Parents are encouraged to support the High School Program by attending as many games as possible. Remember, next year it will be our Team Playing at the High School!!!
