Our first game is an away game at Mequon/Thiensville.  Players should be at the field by 11:00 am

for the 12:00 start time.  Please do not have the players eat a heavy or sugary breakfest, several players

had problems with feeling sick to the stomach at the Tosa scrimmage because the ate to much.  Some

carbs from toast, some protein from meat and some fruit should do nicely.
