WYF is offering a speed and agility camp to be run by Top Flight Training.

The board is working with Top Flight to help get the children faster and more explosive with a strength, speed, and agility camp this summer. This camp is not mandatory; this is an option to help your son or daughter get quicker and more agile.

WYF does not receive proceeds from this camp.

 Summer Vacation is Time to put the books to rest for a little while.  It is also the time to start Preparing your Mind and Body for FOOTBALL!!!

Put the Video Games to rest a while and get out of the House.  Get yourself moving and start getting your Mind and Body in shape for the upcoming season.  

The time and effort that you put into it now will pay off when you hit the field later.
