The coaches and organizational team of the West Windsor, New Jersey Wildcats have made the on-going commitment to provide the best possible Fastpitch Softball experience for the young women of central New Jersey. In doing so, we are committed to long term goals that maintain a viable and dynamic program as long as the sport generates enthusiasm within the girls it is designed to support. This commitment includes a nurturing environment, safe facilities, clinics, training programs, caring and well trained coaches as well as a fun experience each girl can fondly remember in their years after the Wildcats. The Wildcats are a non-profit organization. Our coaches are not paid for their  services and expertise. The members who handle the paperwork and all those non-glorious tasks that keep the organization afloat and out of trouble receive no pay. For each, the reward is in the often dramatic play on the field and in the faces of our girls when they realize their potential on their field of dreams.
