<font face="Verdana,arial,sans-serif" size="4" color="#800080">Middle School practice will begin on Monday, November 9th. All 5th &amp; 6th grade wrestlers are also encouraged to particiapte in the MS program. First week will be weight training&nbsp;&amp; conditioning &amp; actual wrestling practice will start on Monday, November 16th. Practice starts @ 3:45 pm each day and runs until 5:15pm (Wednesdays are flexible for wrestlers with church obligations). First Middle School tourney is scheduled for December 12th in Brookings. This is a great opportunity to get a feel for the sport &amp; get any questions answered prior to investing in a registration fee. If your wrestler has a friend that might be interested, encourage him to bring him to trial night &amp; see what it's all about! </strong></font>
