Operation of Batting Cage

When using the cage:
1)Only Certified Coaches will operate the pitching machine(no players or siblings or parents).

2)Only one player in the cage at a time.

3)Player must wear a batting helmet.

4)There are 11" dimpled balls for Ponys & Juniors and 12" balls for Majors & Seniors.

5)Please do not distract the players on the field if there is a practice or a game in progress.

6)If you would like to use the cage during another coaches Pond practice time, call the coach ahead of time and see if he is planning to use the cage that night. The league does not need to schedule or know about this use.

7)Keep safety in mind at all times especially the players waiting to hit if they have bats in their hands.

8)When you are done using the machine please shut the switch off and cover the machine with the cover and bungee cord & lock the gate on the way out.
