On behalf of myself and the members of the District staff, I welcome you to the official site of West Virginia District 2. District 2 encompasses 20 leagues throughout the coalfield counties of Boone, Logan, Mingo, Wyoming and McDowell. We are striving to make our district one of the finest in the country through a variety of programs geared toward safety and education. Many fine volunteers have donated their time and effort to insure that we accomplish our goals. Promoting Youth Sportsmanship and Safety
We take a special interest in keeping baseball fun and safe for all of our players, managers/coaches, umpires and spectators. For the fifth consecutive year, District 2 has 100% approved ASAP plans for all leagues in District 2. This has been made possible by the dedicated efforts of the league Safety Officers and the District Safety Officer.
