Spring SwimGym 

We are pleased to announce the dates for the upcoming Swim Gym Season. The Swim Gym group is designed to introduce swimmers to the competitive side of swimming. This is used as an introductory class to our Cudas Group for 5 to 8 year olds. Practices are run once a week on Fridays from 5 - 5:30, 5:45 - 6:15*and 6:30 - 7*. We can maintain a 1:4 coach to swimmer ratio. Each class will have no more than 8 swimmers. Our purpose here is to promote competitive swimming through a positive environment where we teach our swimmers stroke technique and the tools needed to become part of our year round program. Each Swimmer should have swim lesson experience and knowledge of freestyle. There will be an evaluation on the first day of each session to assess swimmers. You can register online or at the pool. First class is open to all registered or not. After initial evaluation swimmers will be placed in groups by ability.

Dates and Times for SwimGym

Go the Distance on Tuesday, 1/26.

We will be offering stroke clinics once a month during the months of February - May.  We will cover starts, turns, and streamlines as well as stroke rate and efficiency.  Dates and times will be announced next week based on staff availability.  There will be no cost for the clinics but swimmers MUST sign-up in order to attend.  Sign-ups will be posted on the bulletin board.

The FAST 14 and under Age Group meet form is now available and can be found on our web-site.  PLEASE submit your child's entries PRIOR to the dead-line!  In recent months, we have repeatedly received late entry forms.  This makes entering the meets very difficult for Kyle.  In the future, we will NOT ACCEPT late meet entries.
