  • CUDAS - Minimum Age: 5 Age Range: 5-9 Minimum Skill Level:Side breathing freestyle, Legal backstroke,Knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.
  • AG Barracudas - Minimum Age: 8 Age Range: 8-12 Length of Workout: 1 ½ hours Minimum Skill Level: Legal in all four competitive strokes & 100 I.M. Able to complete sets required by coaches.
  • Pre-Senior Barracudas - Minimum Age: 11 Age Range: 11 – up Length of Workout: 2 hours including dry land training Minimum Skill Level: Legal in all four strokes & 200 I.M. Able to complete sets as required by coaches
  • Senior Barracudas - Minimum Age: 13 Age Range: 13 - up Length of Workout: 2 ¼ including dry land training Minimum Skill Level: Legal in all four strokes & 200 IM. Able to complete sets required by coaches
  • Swim Gym - WVA will maintain a 1:4 coach to swimmer ratio. Each class will have no more than 8 swimmers. Our purpose here is to promote competitive swimming through a positive environment where we teach our swimmers stroke technique and the tools needed to become part of our year round program. Each Swimmer should have swim lesson experience and knowledge of freestyle. There will be an evaluation on the first day of each session to assess swimmers. Mon. & Wed. 4:14 - 4:45pm** Fri. 5:15pm-5:45 & 6:00-6:30pm** SwimGym will be offered each month Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb. & March. Each sessions will require a minimum of 4 swimmers enrolled for the session to take place. **WVA will combine individuals to create date & time slots.
