Experience/Affiliations: I helped out a few times with the tremendous “Opening Day” Activities we have for the Softball program and I enjoyed it so much that Bob Waller asked me to apply for one of the open positions on the board. I am so pleased that I did because it is a wonderful program to be involved in.
I was also the team mom who traveled to the 2001 Babe Ruth World Series with my daughters’ team to Abbeville, Louisiana.
Additional Information: I was a team mom for a traveling softball team in Washington Twp. for 4 years. My daughter played in the Parks and Recreation Softball program for 14 years. I even played softball through my high school career.
My home team consists of my husband Chuck, a daughter Ashley (19), two sons Kyle (17) and Kevin (9) we also have 2 puppies Myrtle and Missy who are great in the outfield.
I just enjoy volunteering my time to such a great program for the girls in Washington Twp. I look forward to the ideas we have as a board to build an even better program for the girls.
