Volunteer ApplicationsPlease note that Little League Baseball Inc. is requiring that ALL Managers, Coaches, Scorekeepers, Umpires and League Officials complete and submit a VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM, complete with copy of a state-issued photo I.D. every year.
