Responsiblities of Parent Liaison / Team Parent
Parent Liaison
1. Coordinate a Team Mom or Dad for each team within their Division.
2. Distribute flyers, memo's and other information to each Team Mom or Dad within their Division.
3. Assist commissioners with problems that may arise. You will be a parent's first step in resolving problems.
4. Coordinate volunteers from within your Division for the various fundraisers.
Team Mom or Dad
1. Distribute flyers, memo's and other information to each team member.
2. Schedule each parent on your team to a work time during games such as: escorts, concessions or door monitor.
3. Coordinate the teams theme and basket for our Chinese auction.
4. Encourage the parents from your team to purchase their tickets for the banquet early.
5. Try to help the coach with anything he or she may need you to do.
6. Help to encourage and maintain respect between the other parents and between team mates.
