Mite Boys/Girls U10 (2002-2003) and Squirt Boys/Girls U12 (2000-2001) 

Feb. 16th at the Stouffville High School Gym

All Mite and Squirt aged players are encouraged to attend.

The Whitchurch Stouffville Softball Assoc. provides a fun, community based sporting experience for a wide range of participants. They promote a healthy and active lifestyle through the game of softball and focus on enhancing the player and family experience. With integrated House League, Select and Rep programs at various age divisions, they strive to match skill competency with the level of competition to maximize the "fun factor" for both players and their families. The WSSA team was on hand at the Stouffville arena to sign up players for the season even President Terry Elzenga was there to sign up his 3 kids. VP Mike Clements was proud to say that the WSSA is still going strong after 46 years and that 35 championship teams have come from them! You can now register online at www.wssa.ca.

What's New in 2012

In 2012, the WSSA is focused on enhancing the player and family experience.

• new uniform design inspired by major league jerseys including pants
• allowing players to customize their jerseys with their choice of numbers
• introducing the Learn To Play Program in the U6 division (formerly 5 Pitch Novice)
• upgrading equipment including catcher’s gear and bats
• more opportunities to enhance skills, camaraderie and teamwork through clinics, tournaments and community events
