GRIEVANCE OR RED CARD PROTEST
Forms are to be filled out with as much detail as possible, and filed within 72 hours after the game to be considered for review. Any player disputing a card/fine must FIRST post the full amount of the fine PLUS a $10 processing fee within the 3-day guideline. The fine plus the bond will be returned if the board feels the card was not given legitimately. If the card stands, then all fees will be retained. Grievances involving cards/fines will be decided upon before the player's next scheduled game. A hard copy of this form can be downloaded. Just click onto the link below.
VERY IMPORTANT: When you file a grievance (online or hard copy), you must contact wsosgv@hotmail.com immediately so we can begin the process immediately. Failure to do so could result in a delayed response from the board and you will have to sit out your next game if a decision isn't made in time for your next game.
