Players must register 5 days in advance of playing. ALL 3 ITEMS (release of liability form,photo from new players,ID fee) must be received 5 days in advance, otherwise it'll be considered a RUSH ORDER if need the card right away.

If you are protesting a red card, you must file within 72 hours of the infraction. The red card fine PLUS a $10 fee is due with the form. Grievance will NOT be investigated until the fine/fee is paid. Fees will not be returned unless the card is dismissed. Click on the "Grievance" link for complete information.
