Our Kentucky USA wrestling program is designed to develop a good attitude toward wrestling: to develop good, sound wrestling techniques that will work even at the highest levels of competition, to develop the mind and body as well as good character. And of course, to help each wrestler to learn to set their GOALS high and to teach them that it is through HARD WORK, over a long period of time and through SELF-DICIPLINE that these goals are reached.
