Wrecking Crew Football Comes to Crossroads.......
The Wrecking Crew football team has always prided itself on the team concept. The mentality of 'whatever it takes to get too the top' is what this team is built on. Now, that mentality will be tested to a man, as the teams of the Texas Sixman Football Association smell Crew blood in the water and the are taking there shots.
If you asked one of the Crews coaches if its time to hit the panic yet, there reaction might shock you.
"We are starting to come together alittle bit. Our defense has done a great job of keeping us in it. They have given the offense much needed time to work things out." coach Hector Muniz said.
"Our offense has double the point output each of the first three games. Our defense shut down a vaunted Revolution running game to very few yards. Our problem right now is bad mistakes at the worst time." Muniz said.
In a 19 to 16 loss to the Wolverines, the Crew saw drop passes and missed assignments on defense that cost them the game.
In a 30 to 26 loss to the revolution, the Crew took a early lead, but big fourth quarter penalties cost them the game.
MISTAKES!!!!!!!!!MISTAKES!!!!!!MISTAKES!!!!!!!
BUT.....
"We our starting to find our identity. 1 and 2 may not look so good, but i think we are ready to take that next step. We need this next game hands down. So, it will be a good test to judge what kind of team we are becoming." Muniz said.
"Lets face it, the mistakes excuse and small moral victory in lossing battles is good, but that needs to stop immediately. Its time to get back to Wrecking Crew Football. We have had a great honor given to us in being the TSFA champs and I am not ready to give it back. The time is now...........
Sunday, 1pm, vs Rhinos............................stay tuned.................................

Wrecking Makes Playoffs!!!!!!
All winning teams are goal-oriented. Teams like these win consistently because everyone connected with them concentrates on specific objectives. They go about their business with blinders on; nothing will distract them from achieving their aims.
Lou Holtz, former Notre Dame football coach
Coming into the season, the TSFA champion Wrecking Crew football teams knew that defending their crown would not be easy. After losing quite a few players from last years team, starting 1 and 3 and going threw a injury bug that may rival none, Most teams may have folded up and called it quits.
