Timothy F. Conway - Assistant Coach

Coach Tim Conway is entering his fourth season as Assistant Coach to Head Coach Ralph Raymond. Coach Raymond has been grooming Coach Conway to take over the duties as Head Coach of the Worcester Hawks 18U Gold travel softball team. He has coached in the ASA 18U Gold Nationals for the past three years.

Tim Conway’s softball coaching experience is as follows:


Becker College – Associate Head Coach – 2013 to Present

The College of the Holy Cross – Assistant Coach - 2012

Franklin Pierce University – Assistant Coach – 2006 to 2011

Duties at all colleges included infield and outfield mechanics, all phases of college recruiting and fund raising.

High School:

Leominster High School – Assistant Coach – 1999 to 2005

Summer Travel Teams:

Worcester Hawks 18U Gold – 4th season – 2011 to present

Central Mass Lighting – 5 years – 2003 to 2010

Polar Crush 18U Gold – 3 years - 2002 to 2002

Duties include all phases of the game, except pitching.

College Placement of Players:

Coach Conway has placed players at Dartmouth College, Boston College, UMass Lowell, University of New Haven, Stetson University, St. Joseph’s University (PA), University of Maine Orono, Northeast 10 Schools (including, Merrimack College, Assumption College, Stonehill College, and Bentley University), Middlebury College (VT), Amherst College, Bowdoin College, and many other colleges throughout the Northeast. Softball Camps: Coach Conway has worked numerous softball camps including the Ralph Raymond Elite softball Camp, Ken Erickson, USA National Team Head Coach, 2 day Martha Vineyard All Star Softball Camp, Franklin Pierce University Softball Camp, UMass Lowell Softball Camp, and other Northeast Ten softball camps. His duties included all phases of softball basics instructions from beginners to advanced Gold players


Tim Conway resides in Leominster, MA with his wife Mary and has four children (Kerry, Michael, Meaghan, and Mick).
