Little League of America
Little League Baseball, Incorporated is a non-profit organization whose mission is to "to promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways, the interest of those who will participate in Little League Baseball and Softball." Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, the Little League program assists youth in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, the Little League Baseball and Softball program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes. California District 54 Little League District 54 is the proud home to the following 16 Little League Baseball Programs comprised of players ages 5 through 18. They are Divide, El Dorado Hills North, El Dorado Hills South, Folsom American, Folsom National, Hangtown, Lakeside, Maidu, Ponderosa, Pony Express, Roseville East, Roseville West, Sierra View, Snowline, Timber and Woodcreek. All of our leagues are nestled in and around the foothills of Northern California. District 54 is excited to continue to offer the Challenger Baseball Program, for the physically and mentally disabled youth in our communities.
