- Saturday, February 13, 12 (Noon) to 4pm
No late fee will be assessed for registrations taking place on these two dates.

GET THE BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE! Interested in becoming and Umpire - or perhaps just learning the real rules about baseball? Come join us at the WLL Umpire Training & Certification Class and find out what it is all about. Just one night a week will do it - No Cost & No Obligations - Refreshments served. Classes will be held at WLL Headquarters in Veterans Park from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm on the following dates: Thur, Feb 18; *Tues, Feb 23; Thur, Mar 4; Tues, Mar 9; and Thu Mar 18; and *Tues, Mar 23. Save yourself some time at registration this year by downloading and filling out the forms you need before you get there. They are available in the "Handouts" section in either PDF format or Microsoft Office (Word DOC or Excel XLS) format. Don't forget to grab the Volunteer Form and Volunteer Conduct Form while you're there.

January 9 Registration # 1 at Vets HQ / 10am –2pm
January 16 Registration # 2 at Lake Ridge Middle School / 12-4pm
January 30 Registration # 3 at Vets HQ / 10am – 4pm

Park Authority Names Vets Baseball Complex
On April 17, 2009, the Prince William County Park Authority officially named the Little League Baseball Complex at Veterans Memorial Park after former Park Authority Board member Stewart "Stu" Christiano. In his more than 30-year service on the Board (1978-2008), Mr. Christiano proved his committment to the community, from the creation and development of the parks and recreation system to the 2008 passing of the Prince William County Comprehensive Plan chapters on parks, open space, and trails.

Tragic Loss for WLL Family
A long time coach for Woodbridge Little League, Todd Howard, his wife Mary and their family lost their oldest daughter tragically and suddenly Thursday night, September 3rd. The family is grieving the loss of Olivia who was to start her Senior year at Woodbridge H.S. this year. Todd and his son Rosser have been active in the league for many years, most recently on the 2009 Junior Orioles.
On behalf of the Howard family, thank you to the community (WLL and outside WLL) for the huge response to help after the tragic and sudden loss of their daughter. To those of you who donated to help with their medical and travel expenses, they express their sincere gratitude.
