Women's Division

2012 Season will start in April 29th!!

Season kickoff party is on April 13th 8pm at The Wildrose!

ECSA Women's Division is open to both gay and non-gay women. We have been a part of the Seattle community since 1991. Our mission is to provide a positive arena for softball, make new friends, rekindle friendships from years past and make this possible in an amicable, organized and informed atmosphere. We look forward to the continued player and team growth in our league.

Playing levels range from advanced to beginner and cover three divisions (B, C & D). Division placement depends primarily on player ability and overall team ability. We play every Sunday until June at Lower Woodland Fields in Seattle, Green Lake Way N & N 50th St. 

Interested in playing on a team this year? Make sure to attend our New Player Play Day event on April 15th (no it's not a joke) from 10-12 at Lower Woodland Softball Fields. We will conduct basic softball drills (catching, hitting and throwing) for new players to participate in. Bring your equipment if you have it. Stay tuned to this site and our Facebook page for rain our delays for Play Day.

We are proud to be a member of the Amateur Sports Association of North America (ASANA - formerly NAGAAA) www.asanasoftball.com , along with 26 other women's softball leagues and 357 teams from across the USA and Canada. Each year team's are eligible to earn berths to represent ECSA at the ASANA Softball World Series.  

The World Series for 2012 will be in San Diego, CA August 21-25!!!
