The 2009 NVL Weightlifting Meet will be held at Wolcott High School on March 7, 2009.  It is open to the public.  The NVL charges an entrance fee.  Lifting will begin at 10:00 A.M. until complete.  St. Paul's (new to the NVL) has expressed interest in participating this year.

An awards ceremony will complete the day.

A snack bar will be operating to provide food and beverages.

A JV meet will be held on Friday, March 6 at Wolcott High School from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
