Seven Approved Performance Enhancers

To enhance your performance, make the following a part of your life:

1. Get your classwork done.  If your grades "aren't there", you "aren't here". TCB. Get extra help if you need it. 

2. Focus. Be mentally prepared for each session.  Full focus will maximize performance and minimize injury. 

3. Have good Attendance. Make every session. Early is on time.  On time is late.

4. Rest. Let your body heal.

5. Eat healthy.  Read the article on nutrition, talk to a coach, talk to your nutrition teacher.
 

6. Don't take unneeded risks. Follow the safety rules of the Eagle Factory.

7. Listen. Do what you are coached to do.  Do not workout on your own unless instructed to.

The Wolcott Strength staff is trained to detect signs of use of illegal performance enhancing materials.  The use of any of these is strictly prohibited by the Wolcott Staff, Wolcott High School and the CIAC.   Do not risk your involvement in the program.  Follow the 7 enhancers above and you will achieve your goals as part of a program that has become THE STANDARD in the NVL and the STATE.
