Fact #3 - You MUST LIFT to compete in the NVL. The coaches cannot lift for you. Your parents cannot lift for you. You need to do it yourself. There are NO EXCUSES for not improving yourself!
Fact #4 - You MUST EAT PROPERLY to compete in the NVL.
