These pages contain general information about the Wolcott Strength program.  Specific information about the calendar and the workouts are only available by participating in the program.

Fact #1
- The Naugatuck Valley League (NVL) has won more 'SS' football titles than any other league in the State of Connecticut.

Fact #2 - The NVL has won more 'S' football titles than any other league in the State of Connecticut.

Fact #3 - You MUST LIFT to compete in the NVL. The coaches cannot lift for you.  Your parents cannot lift for you.  You need to do it yourself.  There are NO EXCUSES for not improving yourself!

Fact #4 - You MUST EAT PROPERLY to compete in the NVL.

WE WILL NOT BE PUSHED AROUND!  This goes for ALL players in EVERY position!
Click on the topics below to view them in detail.

Wolcott is the defending NVL Champion for the third consecutive
year. Wolcott has been in the top 5 of State teams for
4 consecutive years.  Top in the NVL - with or without
seniors!
