Being an old time Wolcott Football player. I am very proud of the success Wolcott Football is having. Hats off to the coaching staff, and the desire to go out and leave everything you got on the field. Having a winning desire is important in life. Good luck the rest of the season. My favorite memory is beating HC on Thanksgiving on a late game interception by Weed.

I suppose we could have been better overall if there was more discipline around lifting and practices like there is now...but we were young and did what we were coached to do. I had a decent time with my friends.

Please support Wolcott Midget Football!

I was looking around on your site, like I often do, and I started checking out some of the other NVL football sites.

I was stunned to see, on the Watertown site, that "Wolcott" had been assigned hot pink in their list of schools in the league. And it's not like they didn't have red available, because they used red to represent other league schools who have red in their colors.

So this begs the question: Just how do other teams perceive Wolcott football? I don't see hot pink in the Wolcott colors, do you? Have you ever seen a football team wearing hot pink?

I think the time has come to change the way people look at Wolcott football, wouldn't you say? There's a very effective, direct way to get that done in a hurry. It doesn't take long to change the way people look at you:

Just win, baby.

As for Watertown, I think they'd look good in black and blue, wouldn't you agree?
