Eteamz & Active

Information Sharing

update: 10/15/2009

Attention Parents of Waterford Little League South Players:  We have been informed that Active (a sister company of eteamz) shared names, address and possibly age with at least one outside company.  The information they shared seems to have come from parents who used the on-line registration feature in eteamz over the last few years. If you registered on-line you may want to contact Active to have this information removed from their database.  The only way we can find to contact them is thru the www.eteamz.com web page.  Then select Active and Customer Support.  We have contacted eteamz several times and they will not assist us or provide direct answers.

Waterford Little League South will not be offering on-line registration this season.  We would also ask that you do not provide any child/player information if you make any purchases thru eteamz or Active.

KID SAFETY

5 MPH- Drive Carefully: Please take your time and drive SLOWLY in the complex.  There are children from 2 to 12 walking and running everywhere!  Please do not exceed 5mph and please be extra careful while passing Rotary Field (softball) as that section of driveway is even narrower.  Please obey the STOP sign behind Rolf Field.

Sunscreen Is Important: Sunscreen for kids isn't an option — it's a must.

Drink Water: When kids are active in hot weather, they may need a little extra attention to make sure they get enough fluids. Their bodies don't adjust to hot temperatures as well as adults. When active, children produce more heat than adults and their bodies sweat less.
