Colchester Airport Park Softball Field
From Exit 16 (I-89) Take Exit 16 (Costco's) & go North on Rte 7. Make a left at the top of the hill after a big dip at the light onto Blakely Rd. Don't take Severence Rd which is to the right of the intersection. You will pass the schools, the town offices and police station. Proceed to Mallet's bay & stay straight. At 4 way stop, continue straight towards Colchester Point. Airport park & Fields are on the right. Jericho Softball Field Go to the intersection of Mountain View Road and North Williston Road. Then follow North Williston Road over the Winooski River into Essex and to River Road (VT Rte 117). Once at River Road take a Left and follow River Road to Sand Hill Road which will be on your right. Sand Hill Road bears to the right at the top of the hill and becomes Allen Martin Parkway. Follow this road to VT Rte 15. Turn right onto 15 and follow this past Joe's Snack Bar (Route 15 turns to the left just after Joe's Snack Bar). After climbing the hill past Joe's Snack Bar, Jericho Elementary School, will be on your Right across from the Jericho Post Office. Richmond Softball Fields CHMS Field #1: Camels Hump Middle School (CHMS), far end of the field. At traffic light in the center of town, turn up the hill on Jericho Road. CHMS is on the left before the interstate overpass. Field 1 is the softball field at the far end. Browns Court: Down hill toward the village from CHMS, take 2nd street on right, then 1 block to the field OR At traffic light in the center of Richmond, turn up the hill on Jericho Road. Brown's Court is on the left before CHMS; field is on the right as you approach the corner. Volunteer Green #1 At traffic light in center of Richmond, turn toward the river and the round church on Bridge Street. Volunteer Green is just before the river (and the bridge) on the right. Field 1 is closest to playground. South Burlington Softball Field Games are played at JC Park, Patchen Road, South Burlington. From the East take Williston Road/Us-2/Theodore Roosevelt Highway into So. Burlington. Take a right onto Patchen Road. This intersection has a traffic light; Hollywood Video will be on the corner of your right. Please note that the left hand turn at this four-way is named Hinesburg Road. Once on Patchen Road go straight through your first traffic light (intersection of White Street). Drive approximately .2 miles, youll see the park on your left. Turn into JC Park after the OBrien Civic Center (white house). The field is in the corner opposite the parking lot. Williston Fields Williston Baseball and Softball Fields Major Baseball and Softball Fields The fields are behind Williston Central School (on Rte 2 in Williston Village, just before Dorothy Alling Library, across from the Armory). Pull into the Dorothy Alling Library driveway (drive slowly as there is much foot and car traffic.) Drive straight towards school and stop at STOP sign. Take the first sharp right turn. Follow driveway which turns left, drive all the way down and find parking. Majors Softball Field 1 is the field furthest back directly behind the school, taking a left at the field house (snack shack and bathrooms), follow bike path, walk over the berm. Minors Softball Field 2 is the field closest to the field house inside the rec/bike path. The Majors Baseball field is 100 yards straight ahead beyond the Minors Softball field. There will be signs on the backstops designating them as such. Rossignol Park Located at the corner of North Brownell Road and Industrial Avenue off of Essex Road (Route 2A). Take Interstate 89 to Exit 13 (Williston exit) turn towards Maple Tree Place Shopping center. Take Rt 2A or Essex Road to intersection of Industrial Ave and Mountain View Rd. Take left at intersection onto Industrial Ave. Parking for Rossignal field is on your left as you pass North Brownell Rd (also on your left.) The field sits below the parking lot. Brennan Field Brennan Park is located on Mountain View Road as you turn into the Brennan Woods Road, a single home family development. Look for the playground on your right, baseball field directly behind playground. |
