Parents, we are coming to an end of another great fall soccer season.  We as a board and club ask that you PLEASE fill out the attached coach evaluation form.  This is your chance to tell us what a great coach your child had, or some things that you think we need to impove at.  We are committed to make sure your child has the best soccer experience that they can have.  Please feel free to fill this out for Head coaches and assistants if you wish.  You can mail this to the PO box listed on the form or you can email it to our secretary at wjscsecretary@yahoo.com.  We hope you had a great year and if there is anything you would like to share with us, please visit the BOARD section an send us an email, or you are always welcome to attend our Monthly club meetings the 3rd Monday of each month.
