Baseball meeting is Saturday, September 12, @ 9:30AM at the Quality Inn 3120-8th ST. South (HWY) in Wisconsin Rapids with lunch at Noon paid by Babe Ruth Baseball. It is mandatory that all District Baseball Commissioners attend. League Presidents or their representative are welcome to attend but not mandatory. Prospective Presidents or their representatives are welcome to see what Babe Ruth Baseball/Softball are all about in this state.

2. Election of State Baseball Commissioner for next two years.
3. Spring Minutes.
4. Commissioner’s report of the past summer.
5. Softball Report by Bill Lowe/Tim Martin.
6. Sec/Treas. Report.
7. Old Business
a. Discussion of District tournaments. Any changes necessary?
b. Discussion of State tournaments. 9 yr old penalty for not attending OVR if any?????
c. Report by George Husby on Appleton’s 14’s & 15’s World Series Experience.
8. New Business
a. Set 2010 dates for District & State tournaments.
b. Award 2010 State Tournaments. The following Leagues have requested 2010 State Tournaments. If anyone else is interested in holding a tournament, please contact me before the meeting. Have a representative from your league make a presentation for the tournament you want.
