SIGN UP FOR SPRING SEASON
@ CLARK MIDDLE SCHOOL
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 2ND
FROM 9AM-1PM
Additional sign ups will be Saturdays, February 9th, 16th & 23rd
same time, same place
League age is determined by age of child as of April 30th 2013 for baseball and December 31st 2012 for softball.
PeeWee League (4-6 yr olds) Girls Softball League, (6-8; 9-10; & 11-12 yr olds)
Rookie League (7-8 yr olds) Sr. League Softball (13-16 yr olds)
Minor Baseball (8-11 yr olds) Sr. League Baseball (13-16 yr olds)
Major Baseball (9-12 yr olds)
· New and returning players must sign up.
· All new players must bring an original birth certificate.
· A parent must be present to sign a consent form.
FEES:
The base rate for the first child is $85
Second player in same family $70
Third player in the same family $50
Fourth player or more in the same family – no additional charge
