The Hindley Arms have signed a sponsorship agreement to be the  home base of Wigan Cosmos Football Club before and after games as well as training, as a result of this we will meet there before games and the pub will be putting quality food on after all our games home and away and also after training sessions every Thursday night.

Also as an added bonus and incentive for players each weeks Man Of The Match will receive a free gallon of ale, which is 8 pints worth!!!

The pub has also said if we can get around 8 players in there on a Thursday after training to take part in a pool comp, there will also be a gallon of ale for the winner!!!

Therefore we need all Wigan Cosmos players, friends, family, wives girlfriends and opponents down etc back to the pub after the games to make this a viable option for the pub, they have been good enough to look after us with a cracking spread put on every Sunday and Thursday , so lets get down and have a couple of pints after the game unwind with teammates and put the world to rights and really help us to get the place buzzing and help us settle into our new home.

Lets make Sunday's a real social event evey week. We'll also be popping in after training for a pint on Thursday's and are looking at holding a number of social functions there, so lets get down and help support the team, the pub and get to know your teammates a little better.

The Hindley Arms are sponsoring the club to the tune of £500 per season, which is a unbelievable sponsorship agreement for a club of this size and will allow the club to grow and develop on and off the field in ways we never thought possible before.

Therefore it's vital we support the pub in return and make the effort to get down there.
