Team Spirit
| With the hardcore wazzers gone and most of the team failing to perform to the required standard is it not time to say "Lets get the team spirit back?" Team spirit is everything, it gets you those 1-0 wins in a tough game. Those 2-1 wins after going a goal down. You need it FACT. Looks like its gone with Forsyth, Hodson, Astin, Storey and Pengy all enjoying pastures new. What the gaffer wouldnt give for those key faces back again!! Adios amigos, relegation looms. |

The forgotton man!
Do the match reports only get done during a winning run? Not seen one on for ages..
Thought Ide give you all an update of my progress. I'm beginning to establish myself in the premiership - 4 90minutes in a row now. My performances have been good enough to retain my place. Its all about taking your chances when selected. i knew i would get one eventually so I grabbed it with both hands. The team are progressing well with a top 4 finish a realistic prospect. The most important thing is im enjoying it and end of the day thats why we play the beautiful game.

Certainly welcome down here to make your comeback, squad a bit thin on the ground to say the least with injuries and so on. So the team's lacking options to change things around at the min and we do need good, commited players in our fold increasing the competition for a starting XI shirt. So let me know if the comeback is on and we can everything sorted out.
On the score for a team night out there is the chance we can have just apiss up this month if enough up for it and then the meal and piss up is set for 1st, 8th or 15th December depending on peoples availability, i have no preference so down to you boys, be good to have all the team out.

| How do big man, shame that your new team aint found their feet yet but i'm sure in time int'll come good. We've not quite clicked into gear here yet, lot of new players and missing a few of the big guns and have been inconsistent to say the least. On our day we can beat anyone but then off it we can lose to anyone. Just waiting for us to gel and climb up the league. There'll always bea place here for you if ever get tired of the hammerings. |
