Welcome to the Wichita Cowboys Home Page. We are excited about kicking off the 2009 Season in a NEW League that should provide more excitement & challenges for the players, coaches, and parents.
2008 was a great success for the Wichita Cowboys. Many of our teams ended the season on a winning note. This is a reflection of the hard work from the players and coaches have put in along with a dedicated volunteer staff & STRONG parent support.
If you have any questions about our organization stop by our practice site Boston Park stating July 27th we would be happy to visit with you or you can email our webmaster and he will get your question to the appropriate person.

WICHITA COWBOYS AWARDS CEREMONY
Will be December 5th at Robinson Middle School in the Auditorium
Time will be 5-7pm
Players that have not handed in equipment or have completed other obligations to the organization will not receive a trophy.

The season is coming to a close. it has been a GREAT season for the Wichita Cowboys with every grade finishing in either first or second place with the exception of the 6th grade who are in a rebuilding year.
As a organization we should be proud of how well we did in the League playoffs or it could have been called the Cowboy Bowl, again every team represented either with a first or second place finish. this is contributed to the hard work and dedication of the coaches and players. this is where the sucess of an organization is built, and it could not happen with out everyones dedecation, loyaty, and comitment.
The Tradition goes on, so if you're not part of it........... Become part of IT!

Wichita Cowboys have always had sucess, because of its coaches and parents support and their dedication and loyalty to the organization, this means alot and important to the kids and the Wichita Cowboys.
ALL of the coaches from last year ARE returning and looking forward to seeing all the old players and yes, cheerleaders too.
We do have space available for ANY new players or cheerleaders as well.
Check with your coach for the next sign up date!
The start of the season will be coming up fast and "The Tradition Goes On"

Bryce Brown
Played for the Wichita Cowboys in the 7th and 8th grade years, where he always maintained and lived up to our mission statement of Promoting a Positive and Winning Attitude On and Off the Feild.
During that time the team lost only 3 times with more than 30 wins.
Bryce is considered the #1 college prospect in America for 2009
Bryce signed with the University of Tennessee

Jaydan Bird
Jaydan played anywhere on the feild that coach needed him to play. he was part of the dominating team that inclded Bryce Brown.
Jaydan exceled on the feild on both sides of the ball, now he plans to take his playing ability to OU.

Author Brown
Author played just 1 year for the Wichita Cowboys, but was a dominating player on both sides of the ball. even at a young age he had a instinc to get to the ball and create havoc.
Always showed that he was a leader when things got tough, he get it going and was consider one of the top players for 2008.
Author is now playing for the University of Miami

Parents,Guardians,Players and Cheerleaders are encouraged to review the Rules and Regulations for the Wichita Cowboys Organization. 2008 Rules and Regulations should be signed and turned in to your coach. Rules and Regulations are located in the Registration tab. If you have any questions, please talk with your head coach.
