Volunteer Cards
Greetings All Wahoo Families,
In order to insure fairness and equality for all, please be sure that you have filled out a Family Volunteer Card. EVERY family is required to keep a card on file with absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS......NONE. You must have your card signed at the conclusion of a volunteer shift on the same day. Board Members cannot be expected to remember and have been instructed not to sign any cards for shifts done in the past.

Message from the Coaches
Sign Out Procedures:
Beginning this week, the coaches are implementing sign out procedures for swimmers who are not able to attend a meet. At the South pool, there will be a sign out paper for each meet on the bulletin board that a parent may put their child's name and age on. You may also notify us with a written note or email to Coach Robbie at rjfly21@yahoo.com. The coaches need to know by Wednesday of the week of that meet whether a swimmer will not be attending, or leaving a meet early. We also understand that things happen at the last minute. In that situation, please email or call Coach Robbie at 281-468-3908. It is very important that you let the coaches know if a swimmer is not attending a meet.
Meet Entries:
Also, each week we will be letting the swimmers choose what they would like to swim that weekend. We do this at practice Monday through Wednesday. All 6 and Unders swim freestyle and backstroke. Swimmers 7-18 swim 3 individual events with a possibility of 2 relays. Swimmers will choose their top 3 choices. Please remember that this is not a gaurantee and that the coaches may change it if needed.
