From the South and Southeast (Boston, Logan Airport, NY, etc.)
Route I-95 north. Exit at Rte. 107 (exit 1 in New Hampshire). Turn left onto Rte. 107 to 150, right onto 150, which joins 108 (Court Street) to Exeter. Gym will be on your right just before the center of town.
From North (Portland, etc.)
Route 1-95. Take exit 2 in New Hampshire just before the Hampton tollgate. Travel west on Rte. 101 approximately 4 miles. Take exit 11 at Rte. 108. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (Rte. 108/Portsmouth Avenue). Turn right at the 5th traffic light (Routes 27, 111, 108). Turn left at the bandstand; next left onto Court Street. Travel past the fire/police complex. Gym will be on your left, approximately two blocks.
From the West (Manchester, Keene, etc.)
Route 101. East to Exeter. Take exit 9 onto Rte. 27 (Epping Road). Travel approximately 2 miles to center of town. At bandstand, turn right; next left onto Court Street. Travel past fire/police complex, approximately 2 blocks. Gym will be on your left.

USM - Take 95 North to EXIT 42(Scarborough)... Turn left at the lights just after the toll booths... Continue on this road until the intersection of 114 (Sam's Club will be across and on your left), turn left onto Route 114 and follow to the center of Gorham... At the lights (Amato's on your right) go straight through the intersection and continue to the next blinking yellow light where you'll take a left onto the campus... the Costello complex will be straight ahead at the top of the hill! Parking is at the top of the hill.

Whether coming from the north or south on the Maine Turnpike: Take Exit 5. Once you are through the tollbooth, stay on the connector about a mile until the exit marked Route 1 South (which is the same as Saco's Main Street). Watch for the third stoplight once you exit (Fairfield Save.). You will see TA Stadium on your right between lights two and three. Turn right at the third light and proceed on to the parking lot.

From the North: Take Route 115 out of Gray to Yarmouth. At the second set of lights in Yarmouth, turn left onto Route One South towards Portland. At the second set of lights on Route One (Mobil gas station will be on your left), take a right onto Portland Street. Quality Containers of New England will be to your right. The new entrance for all high school events is the road immediately after the Quality Containers of New England entrance.
From the South: Take Interstate 295 and exit at Exit 15, then take a right onto Route 1. At the first set of lights, turn left onto Portland Street. Take Route 25 East to Kezar Falls
In Kezar Falls take a left onto Route 160 (the next immediate right)
Where Route 160 turns to the left by Route 160 Ice Cream, stay straight on the South Hiram Road
Sacopee Valley High School is about 1/2 mile on the right
