The main focus of the Westmont Baseball coaching staff is to Prepare, Instruct, and Develop our players while creating a positive, enthusiastic learning environment that is very competitive and well respected.  Our coaching staff is committed to supporting, encouraging, and guiding our players not only on the baseball field but in the classroom as well.  Playing baseball at Westmont is a reward for hard work and dedication in the classroom.

Our coaching philosophy is simple; total dedication to schoolwork, baseball, your teammates, and giving your all in practice or a game.  The coaches do not stress winning, but rather playing the game the way it is supposed to be played.

I am very proud of the commitment and participation in this year’s Campbell Warriors Fall Ball Program.  

I would like to thank our volunteer coaches Steve Messer, Charles Chapman and Dave McKinnon for their outstanding dedication and leadership. In addition, I would like to thank the players who have displayed enthusiasm, desire and a willingness to learn. Finally, my sincere appreciation goes out to all the parents for their continued support. 

As you all know, the main focus of the Fall Ball Program is to get students excited about playing baseball and understanding teamwork, pride, and the importance that academic excellence plays in athletics.  

The Campbell Warriors Fall Ball Program gives students an excellent opportunity to meet new people and build bonds with fellow students that can only be created in an organized team setting. As the players have found out, the expectations are high, the challenges are great, but the experience and outcome will be rewarding.
