Medical Release

League Ages 4 - 5: T-BALL MINOR
League Ages 6 - 7: T-BALL MAJOR
League Ages 8 & those 7 years old trying out and drafted: SINGLE A
League Ages 9 & those 8 years old trying out and drafted: AA
League Ages 10 & those 9 years old trying out and drafted: AAA
League Ages 11, 12, & those 10 years old trying out and drafted: MAJORS
League Ages 13 & 14: JUNIORS

Anyone who volunteers with WLL (Manager, Coach, Team Parent, Score Keeper, etc.) must submit a volunteer application along with a copy of a driver's license for a background check to be completed.
